Licensing

Courtland Lambert is licensed as an insurance agent in Georgia, license #3800830, and Alabama, license #3004005682. Services may be offered only where Courtland is properly licensed and where the applicable product is approved and available. For residents of other states, Lambert & Co. may explore obtaining the appropriate license; no advice, recommendation, solicitation, or application assistance will be provided until licensing requirements are satisfied.

Insurance products

Insurance and annuity products are issued by independent insurance carriers. Lambert & Co. Financial Group is not an insurance carrier and operates independently. Applications are subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility, product rules, and state availability.

Life insurance

Premiums, benefits, cash values, exclusions, riders, and guarantees vary. Policy loans and withdrawals may reduce cash values and death benefits and may create tax consequences or cause a policy to lapse.

Annuities

Annuities are long-term insurance products. Guarantees rely on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. Fixed indexed annuities do not invest directly in the stock market. Rates, caps, participation rates, fees, surrender periods, withdrawal provisions, and income features vary.
